Terms of Service

Cue It lets you challenge friends, respond to cues, and keep the receipts — in groups, communities, and shared links. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cue It.

You must meet the minimum age shown at sign-up to create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under that age, we remove it. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

What you post — cues, responses, photos, posts, stories, messages — stays yours. By posting it you give us the permission we need to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, which is how the service works. You are responsible for what you post: share only what you have the right to share.

Do not use Cue It to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone; to post unlawful content or content that sexualizes minors; to spam; or to break into, overload, or interfere with the service. Cues and challenges must never pressure anyone into anything dangerous or unlawful. You can report content and block people in the app; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Some links can be opened by people without accounts. What you share through such a link is visible to anyone who has the link — share links as carefully as you would share the content itself.

You can stop using Cue It at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other people at risk.

Cue It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may change these terms; if the change matters, we will say so in the app. Continuing to use Cue It after a change means you accept it.
