Privacy Policy

Your account: the name you choose, your email address, and your date of birth (used only to check the minimum age — other people never see it). Your content: the cues, responses, photos, posts, stories, and messages you create. Your activity: basic usage events — things like a cue being opened or a link being visited — used to show insights and keep the service working.

We use this information to run Cue It: show your content to the people you shared it with, compute streaks and scores, send the notifications you asked for, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

Your data is stored with our hosting providers (the database and file storage run on Supabase). Access is restricted: other users can only ever read what you shared with them, enforced at the database level.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising cookies.

If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a delivery address (a push subscription) that we store to send them. Turn notifications off in the app or your browser and the subscription stops being used.

When someone opens a shared link without an account, we record anonymous basics (that the link was opened, and any pick they make) so the person who shared it can see the results. Guests are not profiled or tracked beyond that link.

You can edit your profile in the app. To get a copy of your data or to delete your account and its content, email us — we will act on it promptly. Some records we must keep briefly where the law requires it (for example, safety reports).

Cue It is not for people under the minimum age shown at sign-up. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below it; accounts found to be underage are removed.
